  • Free standard shipping applies to orders $99 and over delivered within Australia.  Orders under $99 will incur a $20.00 fee for standard shipping.  
  • Free shipping excludes Bulky items, see below for shipping charges.
  • Delivery timeline estimates vary depending on your location and what you have purchased, please reference the table below as a guideline. (Note: Due to high shipping demands our couriers are expecting shipping delays. For the most recent updates please refer to Australia Post’s Website here.)
  • We attempt to process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day of order placement.  You will receive a shipment email when your order is on the way with the details to track your shipment and keep updated.

Bulky Items

Bulky items include, but are not limited to, travel bags, tubes, wake board covers and helmets, and will be shipped by a Road Service.  These orders cannot be sent to a PO Box address and must be signed for upon delivery.  Bulky items attract a flat rate shipping fee of $25 which you will be able to see before finalising your payment.
