A 1mm or 2/2mm Springy for the warm months and the wind. A 3/2mm Steamer for when the water bites. A Wetty Top over boardies for the in-between. That's the whole range, on purpose.

Our P1 suits use 4-way stretch neoprene, taped internal seams and a cut built for reaching down a handle, not paddling out. It stretches where a rider stretches and holds where the water pulls.
