- No Returns will be accepted unless a Return Authorisation Number (RA) has been issued to you from Follow.
Return Information:
- Returns must be made within 21 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- You cover the cost of return shipping and we cover the cost of replacement shipping
- Processing times are within 3 business days of receiving the parcel
Product Return Condition
For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in brand-new condition and only tried on for sizing purposes. They cannot unfortunately be returned if they have been worn in the water or used for a day out on the boat. Please ensure you try them on as you would in a store changing room - fresh out of the bag, and returned immediately if the fit is not right.
