This information refers to USA deliveries only, if you are ordering from another country please refer to International Shipping section.

Free standard shipping applies to orders $100 and over delivered within USA. Orders under $99.99 will incur a $20.00 fee for standard shipping.

Free shipping excludes Bulky items, see below for shipping charges.

Delivery timeline estimates vary depending on your location and what you have purchased, please reference the table below as a guideline. (Note: Due to high shipping demands our couriers are expecting shipping delays. For the most recent updates please refer to the freight providers’s website here.)

We attempt to process and dispatch all orders within 3 business days of order placement. You will receive a shipment email when your order is on the way with the details to track your shipment and keep updated.

All Parcels are shipped from East Coast, California Area Standard Shipping

Metro 3-5 Business Days

Regional 7-10 Business Days

Rural 8-12 Business Days

Bulky Items

Bulky items include, but are not limited to, travel bags, tubes, wake board covers and helmets, and will be shipped by a Road Service. These orders cannot be sent to a PO Box address and must be signed for upon delivery. Bulky items attract a flat rate shipping fee of $25 which you will be able to see before finalising your payment.


Delivery times are not guaranteed and we aren’t responsible for any delays in delivery once we have despatched your order. Note that some items or promotions may alter the cost of shipping. We accept responsibility for product up to the point of delivery of the product to the address specified in your order. We will not take any responsibility for the product after the product has been delivered to the address specified in your order. Product will usually be delivered during normal business hours. We recommend you specify an address where you can receive the order in person and it can be signed for.
