This information refers to Australian deliveries only. For all other destinations, please refer to our International Shipping section.

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders AU$130 and over.
  • Orders under AU15.00 for standard shipping.
  • Free shipping excludes Bulky Items (see below for details).

Processing and Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 business days of order placement. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note: Due to high demand or peak periods, our couriers may experience shipping delays. For the most up-to-date tracking information, please refer to the courier's website provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Estimated Delivery Times

All parcels are shipped from the Gold Coast, QLD. The timelines below are estimates and may vary depending on your exact location.

  • QLD Metro 1-3 Business Days
  • NSW, VIC, ACT Metro 2-5 Business Days
  • SA, TAS Metro 4-7 Business Days
  • WA, NT Metro 7-10 Business Days
  • Regional & Rural Areas 7-14 Business Days

Bulky Items

Bulky items include, but are not limited to, travel bags, tubes, wakeboard covers, and helmets.

  • These items will be shipped via a road courier service and cannot be sent to a PO Box or Parcel Locker address.

  • A signature is required upon delivery for all bulky items.

  • Bulky items attract a flat rate shipping fee of AU$25.00, which will be calculated at checkout.

We accept responsibility for your order up to the point of delivery to the address specified. We do not take responsibility for the product after it has been delivered. Product will usually be delivered during normal business hours (9 am - 4 pm). We recommend specifying an address where you, or someone you trust, can receive the order in person.
